Hannah is a Grey Highlands local and a creative, curious young entrepreneur. She has developed a business to support her calling to help others create meaningful connections within themselves and their bodies. She accomplishes this through her work as a registered massage therapist, a certified yoga instructor, and a certified breath coach. Hannah takes a wholesome approach to care, to empower her clients and help them reach their wellness goals.
TAMARA FOURNIER
Certified Forest Therapy Guide
Tamara is a local Certified Forest Therapy guide in the woodlands along the Niagara Escarpment. Her services through Free Spirit Tours enhance health, wellness and happiness. Together with the forest, she will offer a variation of invitations adapted to the natural surroundings. These activities make room for sensory experiences, presence, stillness, listening (to self & others) and more.
JASON COSTANTE
RMT
Jason is a well seasoned Registered Massage Therapist who has provided his services since 2001 in clinics and spas throughout Barrie, Mont Tremblant, and on cruise ships. Recently, he is an entrepreneur who provides in home massage treatments to people in Collingwood and the surrounding areas. In addition, he is also an instructor in Massage Therapy within Higher Education.
DR. DANIEL SAUGH
Registered Psychotherapist
Dr. Saugh was born in Toronto, Canada and has a passion for promoting total health and wholeness. He provides counseling for individuals, families, couples, youth and military and police personnel. He has been a minister for over 20 years, a Canadian Armed Forces Chaplain for over 10 years and Toronto Police Chaplain for over 7 years. In addition to face-to-face counseling, Dr. Saugh provides counseling via telephone to support patient flexibility.
